Delicious dish every day-Pork ribs cooked with Taro soup.

Description

Ingredients:
1lb mashed Taro
0.8lb spare ribs
1 tablespoon (0.5 ounce) Mom’s Pork Bouillon Granule
1 handful of chopped coriander, cilantro
4 cups (2lbs) water

Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Heat a pot of water, add spare ribs and simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender. Skim off the foam to keep the water clear.

Step 2: Add Mom’s Pork Bouillon Granule to the broth. Add yam, stir well and cook for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.

Step 3: Sprinkle with cilantro and coriander. Serve hot.
