Traditional anchovy fish sauce is made from whole fresh black anchovies (caught in the waters of Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan Province) and blended with sea salt. After more than 12 months of natural fermentation in specialized wooden barrels, combined with the traditional extraction and stirring methods, it produces a pure, first- press fish sauce. With a family recipe and being produced and processed on advanced technological production lines that meet HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 standards, this fish sauce delivers a rich aroma and an authentic traditional flavor.
