A perfect fusion of deep Mexican flavor and delicate, slurp-worthy noodles. Two cultures. One legendary bowl. Ready in just 3 minutes.“

The bowl features flat rice noodles (bánh phở), tender slices of meat (commonly beef, often rare or cooked brisket), and is garnished with fresh herbs like cilantro, green onions, and Thai basil. It’s often served with a side of bean sprouts, lime wedges, and chili for diners to customize their experience, balancing salty, sweet, and umami notes.

INGREDIENT:

1. Pho noodles (70g): Rice, stabilizers, potato starch, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer.
2. Soup powder package: Soup powder package: Dehydrated beef shank pieces, bone broth powder (beef marrow bone broth, pork marrow bone, salt), sugar, salt, flavor enhancer, ginger, vegetable oil, thickener, seasoning powder, beef fat, fish sauce, beef stew spice powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, garlic powder, Dried chili powders, bay leaves, chicken powder, pepper, synthetic flavoring, cinnamon, onion powder, dried cardamom, star anise, cinnamon powder, celery, cloves, fennel, natural colorant, antioxidants .
3. Garlic oil (3.5g): Fried garlic in vegetable oil.
4. Vegetable Package (1.2g): Dehydrated spring onion, coriander in pieces.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Should be used immediately after opening the packaging.

USAGE INSTRUCTION:

Step 1: Open the lid half way. Add the soup base, vegetable flakes and garlic oil into the bowl before adding the water.

Step 2: Fill the water to the inner line of the bowl (approx. 400ml). Close the lid and wait for 3 mins.

Step 3: Open the lid, stir well and enjoy!
